What we delete
- Your name, sign-in (mobile number, email, Google or Apple link) and profile
- Saved addresses and landmarks
- Photos and videos you uploaded, and chat messages
- Device notification tokens
- For Pros: government ID, clearance, selfie and certificates
What we keep, and for how long
Records of completed bookings, invoices and payments are kept with your name removed, as required for disputes, warranty claims and tax (up to 10 years under Philippine tax rules). Payment screenshots and reference numbers you submitted are kept with those payment records as proof of payment. An account can’t be deleted while a booking is in progress or a payment is still owed; finish or cancel it first and we’ll tell you in the app if something is blocking deletion.
